Dear Colleagues,
It’s my pleasure to welcome you to the IMA Alexandria chapter website, being a member of the IMA is an opportunity to contribute to the accounting and finance community by enhancing our professional skills and guiding others.
We look to strengthening professional relationships, mentoring students, and educating ourselves in emerging skills.
As a Chapter, we delivered different engagement opportunities for our members, ranging from virtual, in-person, and hybrid events to enriched newsletters, LinkedIn & Facebook posts, and surveys.
Your local chapter is an excellent resource to gain perspective from your peers, volunteer leaders, and a great diversity of business professionals.
Our goal is to spread knowledge about the management accounting profession and to highlight the opportunities available to a CMA in the accounting and finance community.
We will participate in developing the next leaders by going deeper into the student communities to build Student Chapters and for raising awareness of the IMA Scholarship program.
With the help of my fellow board members, the Alexandria Chapter is planning to organize a range of events, such as annual meetings, professional webinars, educational seminars, and professional development workshops that help you stay in shape as a finance professional!
We believe in building a professional society in Egypt that would support accountants and finance professionals by focusing on the ingredients of becoming successful financial leaders.
